Rosixape designs and builds solid-wood furniture and stands behind every piece. If something isn’t right, this Return & Refund Policy explains how Rosixape will make it right. These terms apply to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Policy Overview
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery.
If the problem is on Rosixape’s side—for example, carrier damage, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item—Rosixape pays for return shipping and will email you a prepaid label.
For change-of-mind returns (size, color/finish, style), return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item arrives back and passes inspection for condition and completeness. For eligible international returns in the countries listed above, no re-import fees apply.
General Conditions for Returns
Product condition. Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and unmodified. Signs of use—scratches, dents, stains, odors, pet hair, extra/drilled holes, touch-ups, refinishing, or other changes—make the item ineligible.
Original packaging. Keep all packaging: foam inserts, corner guards, hardware packs, tools, manuals, and accessories. If anything is missing, you must repack with equivalent protection so the item won’t be damaged in transit.
Proof of purchase. A valid order number or invoice is required.
Assembly status. Items that are fully assembled/installed/glued—or have bases attached/leveled—are not eligible unless Rosixape confirms a defect or transit damage.
Materials & use. Rosixape furniture is intended for indoor home or studio use.
Applicability. These conditions apply across the ten countries listed above.
Returns Rosixape Covers (Rosixape’s Fault)
Rosixape will fix the issue if a piece arrives damaged, has a real defect, or doesn’t match the model/size/finish ordered.
Transit examples: crushed corners, cracked tops, chipped finish.
Manufacturing examples: parts that don’t align, tops that won’t sit flat, unstable bases, hardware that won’t seat properly.
When Rosixape is responsible, return shipping is free (pickup arranged where available). You may choose a replacement (subject to stock/lead times) or a full refund. If you paid shipping at checkout, that fee is also refunded. These remedies are the same across all covered destinations.
Returns at Customer Request (Change of Mind)
If the piece doesn’t suit your space or finish, you may request a return within 30 days, as long as it remains unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
Return freight is paid by the customer and is nonrefundable. After inspection confirms condition and completeness, Rosixape refunds the product price. Any original outbound shipping (if charged) is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gift cards (digital or physical)
Final-sale or clearance items
Any item that has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or refinished
Custom or made-to-order furniture—non-standard sizes, special edges, custom stains/finishes, inlays/carvings, or non-standard base specifications—unless the item arrives damaged or defective
How to Start a Return
Contact Rosixape within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form. Include your order number and a short description of the issue or reason for return.
For damage/defect claims, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and attach clear photos or a short video of the affected area and the packaging (inside and outside).
Rosixape will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and will include a prepaid label when the issue is covered by Rosixape.

Please repack all parts so tops and bases cannot shift. Use the original foam and corner guards. If the original carton is unavailable, use a heavy-duty box with enough padding to prevent impact or abrasion.
Refund Timing and Method
Once your return is received and passes inspection, Rosixape processes the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (USD; major cards and PayPal). Prefer store credit? Tell us when you start the return. Banks and card issuers may take up to 7 additional business days to post funds.
Restocking Fees
None. If the return meets the policy and passes inspection, the full refundable amount is returned.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Typical carrier transit after dispatch:
United States & Canada: 6–8 business days
Europe & United Kingdom (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT): 7–9 business days
Australia: 9–10 business days
