Shipping Policy

At Rosixape, shipping is straightforward and dependable. Many pieces are solid-wood and handcrafted, so each carton uses heavy-duty boards, dense foam, and corner guards. Larger items are strapped and labeled “This Side Up.” We hand packages to trusted parcel networks or furniture carriers. From checkout to delivery, you’ll see a clear price, a realistic timeline, and careful handling every step of the way.

Where we ship

Rosixape ships to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

We can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (for example: Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying island regions in Europe and Australia). A street address (home or business) is required so solid-wood pieces can be handled correctly. If your address is outside these areas, has restricted vehicle access, or includes difficult stairs/elevators, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm options and any extra service needed.

Carriers and service levels
Depending on destination, parcel size/weight, and current network capacity, Rosixape uses UPS, FedEx, USPS (for select small U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for international routes. Large or heavy furniture (e.g., solid-wood tables) may travel by freight truck with a liftgate for curbside delivery (to your driveway/curb, not inside your home). Freight carriers typically call or text to arrange a delivery window, and shipments may be palletized and shrink-wrapped for protection. Some high-value shipments may require an adult signature; if so, this will be shown in your tracking email.

Processing time covers final quality checks, packing, and labeling before a carrier pickup. Shipping time is the carrier’s transit time after pickup. Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. International routes may need extra time for customs/security inspections. Severe weather, local holidays, strikes, or carrier backlogs can add 1–2 business days. Address changes after dispatch may incur a re-route fee and can delay delivery.

Solid-wood furniture is bulky and heavy. Carriers often use dimensional weight (size plus weight), and larger tables typically require LTL freight service with a liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-item orders may ship in more than one box to reduce the risk of damage—there is no extra charge for split shipments. Where helpful, we group boxes on one pallet to protect edges and corners. Rosixape absorbs part of the actual freight cost so you receive reinforced packing, careful handling, and clear totals at checkout.

Taxes and duties

The amount shown at checkout—your product total plus any flat shipping fee—is all you pay to Rosixape. For international orders, Rosixape covers import taxes, VAT, and customs processing (Delivered Duty Paid). The carrier should not collect payment on delivery. If anyone asks you to pay at the door, do not pay—contact us and we’ll resolve it with the carrier.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders move into final checks and packing within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) usually begin processing the same business day; later orders start the next business day. Pre-order or made-to-order items ship after completion—your confirmation email will include the estimated ship-by date. If an item in your cart has a different lead time, we will either ship available items first or hold to ship together—your confirmation will state which method applies.

Furniture shipping and assembly

To protect heavy parts and make moving easier, many items ship partly disassembled. Every order includes a clear, picture-based guide, and most include a basic tool (e.g., an Allen key). Typical setup time is 20–30 minutes for two adults. Check that all parts are present before assembly and work on a soft surface to avoid scratches. Prefer help? We can recommend third-party assembly services in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (their fees are separate from standard shipping). If you need room-of-choice delivery, stair carries, debris removal, or an exact-time appointment, tell us before shipment so we can suggest available upgrades.

Tracking your order

When your order leaves the workshop and staging area, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement—especially on international routes while customs scans are pending. Freight tracking may show as “label created” until the carrier assigns to a local terminal. If there’s no update after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.

If something goes wrong
If your item arrives damaged, contact Rosixape within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the outer box, inner packing, and the affected areas. Note obvious damage with the driver when possible and keep all packaging until we confirm next steps. For minor cosmetic issues, we can often send a replacement part or touch-up kit quickly.
If your parcel appears lostno movement for more than 7 days or not delivered within 14 business days after shipping—reach out to us. Once the carrier confirms loss, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Order changes and cancellations

You may cancel an order that has not begun processing or shipped; please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, you may use our Return & Refund Policy. For international orders, cancellation isn’t available once the shipment has cleared customs. Need to change the address? Contact us before shipping; after shipping, carriers may charge a re-route fee and delivery may be delayed.
